Bagels with chocolate




Ingredients:

Butterflies or croissants - 6 pcs.
Butter - 150 g
Cottage cheese - 450 g
Yolks - 6 pcs.
Sugar sand - 0.5 tbsp.
Grated chocolate - 50 g
Milk or cream - 0.5 tbsp.
Vanilla sugar - to taste

Preparation:

1. Yolks to grind with sugar, gradually adding rubbed on a large grater chocolate and vanilla sugar.
2. Prepare the ready-made mass with hot milk or cream, then put in a water bath.
3. Stirring constantly, the mixture should be heated to 80 degrees, then remove from heat and cool.
4. Chop the curd with a fork.
5. Mix the softened butter with a mixer, gradually adding chocolate-egg mass and cottage cheese. 6. Next, you should take bagels or croissants, cut them in half and put on each part a chocolate-curd mass. Bagels with chocolate are ready!
