Ingredients:
Chicken Breast - 2 pcs.
Potatoes - 6 pcs.
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Wheat Flour - 2 tbsp. L.
Cheese (grated) - 100 g
Parsley - 1 beam
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - for frying
Preparation:
Slice the greens. Mix with cheese.
Cut the fillets into small pieces.
Fry it, stirring, in a dry frying pan for 2-3 minutes. Salt, pepper.
Rub potatoes on a large grater.
Add eggs, flour, salt and mix.
Preheat the frying pan, pour in the vegetable oil.
Distribute the grated potato so that the result is a cake.
When the cake is fried on one side, (fry for 2-3 minutes) turn it over and place the chicken on half the cake.
Sprinkle with grated cheese with herbs and wait 2-3 minutes for the cake to be fried on the other side, and the cheese is melted.
Cover the chicken with half a cake and fry.
