INGREDIENTS:

For the white chocolate mousse:

● white chocolate 100g

● 30g butter

● 0,5 tbsp caster sugar

● fatty cream (whipping) 200g

● 6-7 g gelatin




For the glaze:

● white chocolate 100g

● cream 50g

● 50g butter




PREPARATION:




Biscuit:
