Vanilla cheesecake on a chocolate dough 
Ingredients Dough
Flour - 180 g
sugar - 40 g 
butter - 100 grams
Cocoa - 4 tbsp.

Starch - 3 tbsp. 
l. Chocolate Sprinkling: Flour - 120 g

Cocoa - 2 tbsp. 
l. Sugar - 80 g 
Preparation: 1. To prepare the dough you need to sift the flour with cocoa and salt in a blender or processor, add the diced butter and grind flour to form crumbs. Add the sugar, egg, water and knead the dough. Water is added gradually, perhaps, it will need more or less. We roll down the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 40 minutes. Chilled dough is rolled out into a circle, spread with butter in a greased baking dish and make bumpers. Cover with cling film form and then send in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
