SALAD WITH MANGO, CHICKEN AND CORN






DESCRIPTION


I present to you the recipe is very tasty, light and wholesome (by nuts) salad, which can be prepared as meals, snacks, or submit to the festive table. I first tasted this salad on a French party, all the guests were delighted. Now I cook it forever. Suitable and those on a diet!




INGREDIENTS


MAIN
Canned corn 1 jar
cashew 1 handful
lettuce leaf 1 package
mango 1 PC.
chicken fillet 600 g

SALAD DRESSING
olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
cider vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
mustard ½ st. l.






COOKING METHOD




Clear the mango and cut into cubes.






Chicken fillet cut into cubes and fry until golden brown. For those who are on a diet or prefer less-calorie dishes, chicken can be boiled and also cut into cubes. I'm slightly salted chicken, so she was not deflating. You do to your liking :)






Mix lettuce (I have to pack various greens: lettuce, spinach and even some sort of greens, previously always ready with the usual lettuce, this time decided to experiment) and mango. You can put any herbs you love spinach, arugula, lettuce any kind.






Add the canned corn.







Chicken and cashews. I take cashews roasted and slightly salted, because I like the combination of sweet and salty.You can add any of your own.









Prepare the filling, which is called Vinaigrette. By the way, in France, all salads seasoned just the sauce. The number of ingredients are tentative, make your own. Someone loves mustard, some more vinegar ... In general, the conclusions of the variant.
