Ingredients:
For the test:
The water is warm 250 ml.
-sugar 2/3 tablespoons
Salt 1 tsp.
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.
-mook 350-400 gr.
For filling:
-cream butter 70 gr.
-salt 1/3 tsp
3-4 denticles
-food is solid 50-100 gr. (It took me 50 grams, a thick layer did not pour)
Preparation:
Knead the soft dough by adding ingredients one by one. Set aside while preparing the filling.
Filling. Melt the butter, add salt and finely chopped garlic.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Next, the dough is divided into small balls, no larger than a walnut. Each ball is dipped in butter (with salt and garlic) and spread out into the mold on the bottom, with one layer. Sprinkle a layer of balls of cheese. Next, put the second layer of balls in the oil, sprinkle with cheese again. I got 3 layers. Can be laid out in 2 layers, depending on what form for baking.
Put our bread in a warm place to increase in volume. It took me 30 minutes to proof.
Bake bread came up at 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
If the top begins to quickly rustle, cover the top with foil.
