BREAST OF JOLLY (chicken breast with cheese in breadcrumbs)

Ingredients:

Chicken breast - 1 pc.

Cheese

Herbs dry, salt - to taste

Egg - 1 pc.

Flour

Red pepper powder - to taste

For breading: Soekarno-sugar mixture - the ratio of 4: 1

Preparation:

1. Breasts beat off, putting them in a film or kulёk.

2. Season with salt, sprinkle with your favorite herbs. Wrap the cheese in the breast. Make a dough of medium thickness of the egg, flour and pepper, moisten very well in batter.

3. Roll to the Soekarno-sugar mixture. Fry on all sides. Meanly some water and simmer for about 15 minutes under the lid. During cooking, you can put the pieces of skinless tomatoes and herbs. They absorbed the sweetness and sharpness, and give yourself the flavors and smells.
