Delicate cake with cream cheese and canned peaches.
Ingredients:
Dough:
200 g flour
100 g of oil
Sugar 100 g
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
Filling:
400 g of cottage cheese
200 g sour cream
Sugar 120 g
2 eggs
2 tablespoons starch
lemon half
1 packet of vanilla sugar (10 g)
1 jar of canned peaches (500 g)
Preparation:
Soft butter with sugar.
Add egg and mix.
Add baking powder and flour parts, every time a good vymeshivaya spoon.
Then slap hands dough into a ball.
Put the dough into a shape (I shape with a diameter of 22 cm).
Stretch the dough on the bottom of the form, as well as form high ledges, about 6-7 cm in height.
Put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
In one container to put cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, starch, juice of half a lemon.
Beat until smooth.
The shape of the dough pour the curd mass.
Top neatly put halves of peaches (they should immerse themselves in a bit of cream).
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for about 1 hour.
Ready cake to cool completely. It is desirable to even put it in the fridge for half an hour, as the taste of cheese is best revealed in the cooled cake.
