INGREDIENTS:
● Chicken fillet - 500 g
● Cooked rice - 1 cup
● Canned corn - Bank 1
● Bulgarian pepper - 400 g
● Sour cream - 500 ml
● Onions - 2 pcs.
● Hard cheese - 200 g
● Carrot - 200 g
● Salt and pepper
● Sunflower oil
PREPARATION:
1. Finely chop the chicken, cleaned of seeds of sweet pepper cut into cubes. On a coarse grater rub the carrot, finely crumble onions.
2. Fry chicken for about a quarter hour until cooked, lightly season with salt and pepper it. In another frying pan fry the carrots, add it to the bell pepper and fry until soft. Next, add the onions, lightly fry it and add some salt vegetable mixture.
3. At the bottom of a baking dish spread the cooked rice, flatten it. Figure put vegetables, flatten and lubricates their half of sour cream. Following put a layer of chicken, then a layer of corn.
