Salad "Christmas"

products
Pickled mushrooms - 200 g
Sauerkraut (pickled and possible) - 200 g
Sweet pepper (preferably different colors) - 2 pcs.
Pickled cucumbers - 2-3 pcs.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Sugar - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
Salt
Pepper
Greenery








Step by step recipe photos

Finely chop the mushrooms.












Clean up and slicing into strips pepper.















Diced cucumbers. Mix them with mushrooms and peppers. Add the cabbage. Skip the garlic through a press, stir.

















Refill oil. Add the sugar, salt and black pepper. Good mix.























Decorate with greens.
