Chocolate - curd soft pie
We need:
On the form of 22-24 cm
For cottage cheese balls:
Cottage cheese - 250 g
Flour - 3 tablespoons
Egg - 1 piece or 2 yolks
Sugar - 50 g
Coconut shavings - 40 g
For the test:
Flour ~ 150 g
Eggs - 3 pieces
Sugar - 100 g
Vanilla sugar - 1 tablespoon
Salt - pinch
Chocolate - 100 g
Cocoa - 3 tablespoons
Starch - 2 tablespoons
Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
Milk - 100-150 ml
For glaze:
Chocolate - 100 g
Honey - 20 g
Butter - 15 g
Cream - 40 ml
Preparation:
1. Wipe the curd through a sieve.
2. Egg (or yolks) whisk with sugar for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the sifted flour and coconut shavings and mix.
4. Shape the bed with baking paper or grease with oil and sprinkle with flour.
5. Form small balls from the curd mass and put it on the bottom of the mold.
6. Put the oven warm up to 180 degrees.
7. In the container sift the flour, starch, baking powder, cocoa and mix.
8. Chop the chocolate with a knife.
9. In a saucepan bring to boil (do not boil) the milk, remove from heat, put chopped chocolates and leave for 1-2 minutes.
10. Whisk the chocolate with milk whisk until smooth.
11. Separate the proteins from the yolks.
12. Whip the yolks with sugar for 3-4 minutes.
13. Add the chocolate mixture to the yolks and mix.
14. Add the dry ingredients and mix until homogeneous. If the dough is very thick, dilute it with milk.
15. Whip the whites with salt until firm peaks.
16. Carefully mix the whipped whites with the dough.
17. Pour the prepared dough into prepared balls trying to fill all the empty spaces.
18. Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes, readiness to check with a toothpick (the time depends on the oven).
19. Remove the prepared pie from the oven and leave to cool in the form.
20. While the pie is cooling down, cook the glaze (the amount of glaze can be made to taste).
21. Chocolate to break into pieces and melt in a water bath. Add the cream, honey, butter and stir until smooth.
22. Cool the cooled cake out of the mold and cover it with glaze (or first cover it with glaze, then remove it from the mold).
23. Cut into portions and serve. Bon Appetit!
