Meat in cheese sauce


Ingredients:

1. Meat (I have 1.5 kg of frozen pork neck)
2. Champignons (0.5 kg fresh or can of 400 g marinated, better whole)
3. Cream cheese 250 g.
4. Spoon of tomato paste
5. Condiments, greens.

Preparation:

First of all, cut the meat into cubes with a border of 2-4 cm and drop it into the frying pan for medium heat. Mine mushrooms, pour boiling water from the just boiled teapot. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Do not forget to stir-turn the meat to fry evenly and do not burn to a frying pan.

When the mushrooms are welded, drain the water from them, pour out a capacity in a thread and cool it in the freezer (freshly cut to a very painful and uncomfortable). And then shred them into small parts.

Chopped mushrooms are poured into meat, which is already well fried (there are no blood-red spots, but there is a fragrant boiling broth), add the seasoning and mix. Add a good spoonful of tomato paste and mix again. Then we spread the melted cheese and mix it very thoroughly, we melted it, the longer and more carefully the better.

Then we add that my heart desires. I would add green bumblebees, but it was not. But I really like the spicy and poured in about 30-50 grams of chili sauce. Particular attention should be paid to the fact that processed cheese is a fairly salty thing, so you should carefully use salty seasonings.

We add garnish and destroy, although, it is possible without it ...
