SALAD WITH SMOKED BEET

Excellent combination of products :)

INGREDIENTS:
● 4-5 small potatoes
● 5 eggs
● 1 smoked breast
● 2-3 small carrots
● 150 gr of cheese
● 1 small head of onions, literally 3cm in diameter
● Mayonnaise 1.5 cans (375ml)
● garlic to taste

PREPARATION:
Potatoes and carrots boil, cool, grate on a coarse grater. Eggs should be cleaned and rubbed on a coarse grater. Breast cut into small cubes, onions very finely. In mayonnaise to squeeze out the garlic to taste, but it is better to make garlic, garlic should be well expressed in this salad. Salad spread layers:
● Potatoes
● Eggs
● Breast
● Onions (you really need the onion, tried without it - not that)
● Carrots
All layers can be well smeared with mayonnaise, the bottom layer with potatoes can mix well with mayonnaise, otherwise it will crumble. Layer with potatoes and carrots salt. Top with cheese to make the hat lush. Decorate at will.
