Fastest casserole


Very satisfying and simple option for dinner!

INGREDIENTS:
● Potatoes - 400 Grams
● Turkey Breast - 300 Grams
● Eggs - 3 pieces
● Mayonnaise - 2 Art. Spoons
● Salt,
● pepper - To taste

PREPARATION:
1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Boil the potatoes in a peel until cooked (about 25 minutes). Breast turkey boil in salted water 20-25
2. Cut the breast into small cubes.
3. Cut a pot of the same size, which must be cleaned beforehand.
4. Fry the potatoes with the breast in a frying pan until light rustic crust. This will give the casserole extra crunchiness.
5. Whisk the eggs, add mayonnaise or sour cream, pour in pepper or other spices and mix well.
6. Put the fried potatoes and turkey in a heat-resistant baking dish.
7. Pour all the egg-mayonnaise mixture and send to the oven for 20 - 30 minutes (temperature - 180 degrees). Once the egg is baked and a beautiful ruddy crust is formed, the casserole is ready. Remove it from the oven and let it cool down a bit.
8. A simple casserole from potatoes and meat is ready. Eat with pleasure.
