Strombolli



Ingredients:

Dough for pizza (raw, not to be confused with the finished base);
ham;
Salami pepperoni;
Wire (or any other solid low-fat cheese);
Mozzarella;
egg yolk;
olive oil.

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180-200 ° C. Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the dough, giving it a rectangular shape. Put the ham and salami on the dough first, then the wire and the mozzarella (can be chunks, or it can be grated), leaving 3-4 cm at the edges. Roll into the roll, clamp the ends and tuck it down, put the roll on the oiled baking tray with the seam down, from above Grease with olive oil. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Ready to cut and eat the stromboli pizza.
