SALAD peppers with cucumber and chicken breast



DESCRIPTION
It is very convenient to put the chicken breast in the package, salt, pepper and the right package to fight off a rolling pin. Instead Chicken suitable turkey and beef or mutton, the meat but, unlike poultry pickle in advance is not necessary. It's great to apply this salad with a slice of toasted bread or pita.



INGREDIENTS

½ green bell pepper pieces.
½ red bell pepper pieces.
½ cucumber pieces.
½ red onion pieces.
1 g of dill
1 g of mint
Extra Virgin olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
freshly ground black pepper ¼ h. liter.
sea salt ¼ h. liter.


Chicken meat with salt, pepper and beat off from both sides.



Preheat a grill pan, olive oil and fry the breast on both sides until cooked.



Sweet peppers, removing the stem and seeds, cut into small pieces.



Cucumber cut into small pieces.



Onions cleaned, cut into thin strips and sprinkle with lemon juice.


Mint leaves crushed.



Sliced vegetables put in a salad bowl, sprinkle with olive oil Extra Virgin, salt and pepper, sprinkle with mint and mix.



Fried chicken breast cut into thin strips, add to the salad and mix everything again.


Dill and sprinkle with finely chopped salad.
