DESCRIPTION
Salad is really very simple, but delicious and comes to our favorite hearty russian cuisine.
INGREDIENTS
HIGHLIGHTS
400g white cabbage
Apples antonovka 1 pc.
red onion 1 piece.
1 handful cranberries
1 pinch of salt
Mayonnaise 50 g
COOKING METHOD
Finely chop the cabbage, salt and a little bit of squeeze hands.
A small head or half a red onion finely chopped. Medium sized apple release from the core and grate on a medium grater, you can chat with the skin.
Connect cabbage with apple and onion. Add cranberries, season with mayonnaise to taste. Personally, I prefer the classic Provencal fat 67%, but can be replaced, and easy.
