Chicken legs with oranges
Products (4 servings)
Chicken legs - 4 pieces.
Oranges - 2 pcs.
Sour cream (or yogurt) - 3-4 tablespoons. spoons
Spices (turmeric, oregano, olive and herbs, etc.) - to taste
Sugar (optional) - 1 tsp.
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste

Drumsticks wash, dry.



Wash the oranges. On average grater grate the zest.




Drumsticks put in a bowl.Season with salt and pepper, if desired, you can add your favorite spices. Add the juice of half an orange, peel, sour cream or yogurt.



All mix well, spread the legs.Leave in the fridge for 1-4 hours to marinate.




Orange washed, cut into slices along with the skin.
Heat the pan, pour vegetable oil. Put legs and half pieces of an orange. Fry over high heat until golden brown for 2-3 minutes.



Then flip and fry until golden brown legs on the other side (2-3 minutes).



Baking dish grease, put slices of orange.



Top with chicken legs.Optionally, you can sprinkle a little sugar.



Put the pan in the oven on the middle shelf. Bake at 170 degrees until tender (about 30-40 minutes).



Sprinkle chicken legs orange juice second half.



Sprinkle with orange legs ready chopped fresh herbs, and can be served.
