Chicken rolls in French with mushrooms and cheese - a great hot snack for any holiday table.

Chicken fillet - 4 pcs.
Mushrooms - 100 g
Cheese - 200 g
Sunflower oil
Milk
Seasoning (Maggi on the second - the chicken in French)
Marinade for chicken:
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
Juice of half a lemon (vinegar is possible)
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Salt
Allspice
The crushed bay leaf - 1 ch. L.
Turmeric - 0.5 hours. L.
1. Fillet washed and well repulse. Mix with marinade and give it brew for 30 minutes.
