QUICK croissants with chocolate
INGREDIENTS:
● Eggs - 1 pc.
● The water - 1 tbsp
● flaky dough - 500 g
● Chocolate chips - 115 g
PREPARATION:
1. Remove the dough from the freezer and thawed at room temperature for 40-50 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Cut the dough into 8 rectangular pieces.
3. Beat egg with water. Cut each piece of dough diagonally, put chocolate chips.
4. Fold the dough into bagels, put on a baking sheet and coat with beaten egg croissant.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
