INGREDIENTS:
Yogurt ● - 500 ml
● Gelatin - 20 g
● Strawberry Jam - 100 g
● Cheese - 200 g
● Cream 35% - 150 ml
● Liquor - 1 tbsp. l.
● Strawberry - 250g
● Vanilla sugar - 1 package.
PREPARATION:
For the cream fat yogurt or yogurt (which is available) to connect with cottage cheese, add strawberry jam, vanilla sugar and whisk thoroughly in a blender or mixer until a creamy mass. Gelatin pour cold water (50-70ml) for 10 minutes. The swollen gelatin melt in the microwave on low power for 1 minute or in a water bath and stir without boiling. Cool. Then, a little yogurt cream combine with gelatin and mix. Next, the mixture is put into a strawberry cream, add liqueur or brandy and even beat up again. DIETARY DESSERT
Cream whisk in cool foam, gently mix into the cream. Capacity of approximately 1 liter is lined with cling film and spread along the wall chopped strawberries plates. Then we pour our cream, cover and put them in the refrigerator at least 4 hours. I stood for a dessert in the refrigerator overnight. Before serving, invert the shape of a dish, remove it, then carefully remove the film. Our terrine ready.
