Ingredients:
2 sheets of puff pastry,
2-3 large apples,
half teaspoon of cinnamon,
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons flour
Half a cup of chopped nuts,
3 tablespoons brown sugar,
2 tablespoons of regular sugar,
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs,
1 egg + 1 teaspoon of water, whipped, for lubrication
Recipe:
We heat the oven to 190 gradusov.Ochischaem apples and cut into cubes. We spread in a bowl and mix with cinnamon, brown and ordinary sugar, flour. Leave for 20 minutes, allowed to apple juice. In a separate bowl, mix the nuts, 2 types of sugar and biscuits. Roll out 1 dough sheet, sprinkle the walnut mixture on top and spread the apple. Close the filling, wrapping the edges of the test. Repeat with the second sheet and the remaining filling.
Fold the edge of the rolls. We spread the rolls on a baking sheet, the laid paper. Grease lubricated egg. Make a longitudinal incision on each roulade.
Bake at 190 degrees 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
