Baked Hen

Saving for housewives




INGREDIENTS:

● 1 lemon, thinly sliced

● 5 cloves of garlic, to break the knife back

● 6 medium potatoes

● 1 teaspoon dried oregano

● 1 teaspoon paprika

● ½ teaspoon dried garlic

● 1 teaspoon salt

● ¼ teaspoon pepper

● 1 jerked sausage

● 4 sprigs of rosemary

● 4 chicken legs

● 3 tablespoons olive oil




PREPARATION:

Preheat oven to 220 degrees and grease a refractory container with oil. Decompose the bottom container lemon slices evenly from top to distribute the potatoes in a single layer. Mix the spices, spice sprinkle half the potatoes. Put on top of sausage and rosemary sprigs. The remaining spice rub the chicken and put it on top of potatoes. Sprinkle with olive oil. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. After one hour to remove the foil, to lower the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for a further 30 minutes.
