PANCAKES IDEAL

Breakfast for your favorite 


INGREDIENTS:
● Milk - 1 liter
● Eggs - 6 pieces
● Sugar - 100 gr.
● Salt - 15 g. (About 1 tablespoon)
● Vegetable oil - 120 gr. (Or 130 ml.),
● Flour - 350 g.

PREPARATION:
In a cup pour the milk, beat eggs, add salt, sugar, vegetable oil, lightly whip with a mixer until smooth. Pour the sifted flour and beat with a mixer to dissolve lumps. Fry over medium heat.
