INGREDIENTS:
● glass of semolina, flour, sugar and milk,

● lemon juice

PREPARATION:

3. Take the form of baking, grease it with butter or margarine evenly pour a glass of our dry dough impose a layer of apple, then - again the dry mixture and apples. On my form three layers is obtained.
4. Before you put the cake in the oven evenly fill it with a glass of very hot - right boiling - milk gently with a knife or a fork pierces the cake so that the milk has got to the bottom layer.
5. Bake the pie about 50-60 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Cake is not traditional, but taste sweet, with a pleasant apple flavor. After cooling perfectly it holds its shape without crumbling.
