Chicken chops with pineapple


1kg chicken

1 can of canned pineapple rings

200g of hard cheese

2 eggs

black pepper, salt to taste




1. Fillet wash, cut into thin slices, lightly beat off, salt, sprinkle with black pepper.

2. Slightly beat eggs.

3. chops dipped in egg and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until cooked. After turning on the second side - cover.

4. On the chops to put on a ring of pineapple or a half - depending on the size of the steak.

5. Sprinkle with grated cheese on a coarse grater.

6. Put in a well-heated oven to melt the cheese.
