INGREDIENTS:
● pork tenderloin or chicken - 400 g,
● mushrooms - 150-200 g,
● hard cheese - 100 g,
● onions - 1 units.
● fresh parsley - 1 bunch,
● Potatoes - 3 pcs.
● chicken egg - 2 pcs.
● flour - 1 cup,
● salt, ground black pepper - to taste
● vegetable oil for frying.
PREPARATION:
Meat, cut into chops (we got 4 pcs.) Thinly repel both sides, salt and pepper. Mushrooms and onions cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until half-cooked. Cheese rub on a coarse grater, shred parsley. Putting mushrooms, onion, cheese and greens, add salt, pepper and stir. Cheese in hot roasted mushrooms and onions slightly melted, which is very good for bonding toppings.
Put the filling, forming an oval patty. Cutlets rolled in flour, moistened in the beaten eggs.
Spread the grated potatoes on top of them, which is gently pressed against the cutlet hands on all sides. Obtained chops in potato coat. Put in a preheated pan with vegetable oil, fry on all sides until golden brown. Once the potato coat browns, we shift the chops in the dish and bring to a readiness in a microwave oven for 5-10 minutes.
Cutlets "thriftily" decorate mesh mayonnaise. Serve with vegetables and herbs.
