Chicken in Adjara.

Highly recommend this simple and mega tasty recipe!


You will need:


2 kg chicken

8 garlic cloves

20g coriander


1 tablespoon salt

pepper 1 tsp

hops-suneli 1 tsp

paprika 1 tsp

water 230ml


How to cook:


1. The carcase cut along the breast. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.

Red-hot in a pan with a thick bottom a little vegetable oil and send it to the chicken laid it inside of the bottom.


2. Top cover with a plate of chicken smaller diameter than the pan and put it on the goods (for example, a pot of water. Make sure that it is stable). Fry the chicken in this way on both sides.


3. While the chicken roasts, prepare the sauce. Finely chop coriander and garlic cloves.

Connect in a bowl chopped herbs, garlic, paprika, hops-suneli and water. Mix. The sauce is ready.


4. Drizzle the chicken sauce, cover, or the same plate. Simmer over low heat for 7 minutes. In the case, when you simmer, covered, herbs and garlic steamed well. I love that they are a little fresh.
