INGREDIENTS:
● Flour - 500 g
● warm water + milk (50-50) - 320 ml;
● Salt - 1 tsp;..
● sugar - 3 tbsp.
● vegetable oil - 6 tablespoons.
● dry yeast - 1tbsp.
For filling:
● frankfurters "doctor" or "dairy" - 15 pcs.
PREPARATION:
In a large saucepan combine the milk and warm water, add sugar and yeast, leave for 10-15 minutes. Then add 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt, sifted flour, knead the soft, slightly lipnuschee hands on the dough. Pan with the dough with a towel or cover with a lid and put in a warm place for 2 hours (1-2 times obmyat). Work surfaces and hands well greased with oil, the dough is divided into equal balls (the size of an egg).
Each ball well obmyat or roll, put frankfurters. Connect the edges of the dough, close up, forming an oblong cake.
