INGREDIENTS:
● Sheets of nori - 1 pc.
● Salmon - 100 g
● Fresh cucumber - 1 piece.
● rice meshes sushi - 100 g
● flying fish roe - to taste
● Cheese "Philadelphia" - to taste
PREPARATION:
1. Pre-boil rice sushi meshes.
2. In a separate bowl of water to moisten hands.
3. To form a lump of rice and put it on a sheet of nori (you should get a kind of rice bag, which will be the basis roll).
4. The sheet neatly folded in half (so to create a platform for the filling).
5. In the middle of the track lay out the cheese.
7. On both sides of the cheese put cucumber and fish.
8. Carefully roll roll.
9. Sprinkle caviar and roll back into the mat - you will get a rectangular sausage.
