Mackerel (scad), baked with potatoes and milk.


In this recipe you get the most gentle fish with potatoes!


Preparation time: 40 minutes

Servings: 6


You will need:


1 kg Mackerel / horse mackerel

8-10 potato tubers

2 eggs

3/4 cup milk

2 tablespoons butter

pepper, salt




How to cook:




1. Rinse the fish, prepare, cut into pieces a la carte.




2. Peel the potatoes, wash, boil until tender in water and cut into large pieces.




3. Beat eggs with butter and milk.




4. baking dish grease, put the fish on it put a layer of potatoes, salt the it, pour on top of the egg-milk mass, put in a preheated to an average temperature oven and bake until done.




5. Before serving, mackerel (scad), baked with potatoes and milk, sprinkle with herbs.
