INGREDIENTS:
● 4 tbsp. flour (sometimes you need a little more, because the flour is different)
● 2 tbsp. l sugar
● 1 \ 2 tsp salt
● 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil
● 500 ml. milk (can be warmed, and can be straight from the refrigerator, try and so, and so the same result)
● package dry yeast 11 g. (I use a small bag SafMoment)
PREPARATION:
All the ingredients mix until smooth. Fold the resulting mass in a package and put in the refrigerator for 2 h. ALL! Two hours later, you remove the dough from the refrigerator, lightly punched in the flour and sculpt cakes with any filling. The dough is soft, does not stick to hands, well molded and cakes do not fall apart. Also you can use for all kinds of pies to pizza.
