Omelette of kindergarten




One trick, and after 15 minutes everything is ready 





INGREDIENTS:

● Eggs (Choice) - 5 pcs

● Milk - 250 ml

● Salt - 0.5 tsp..

● Butter (for greasing the form)




PREPARATION:

In a bowl pour the milk. Add eggs and salt. Stir well, not beating! Form a well greased with butter. Pour the resulting egg-milk mixture into the mold. Form filling no more than 2/3 as an omelet rise. And put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes. The first 15-20 minutes, the oven does not open. Ready omelet cut into portions. On a hot omelette put a piece of butter.




Scrambled eggs are shed in any case, but this is the norm. Therefore it is necessary beforehand to consider how tall you want the omelette was ready. If you want higher, take the form of a smaller one. Keep in mind that an omelette first rise, then settled and will remain at about the level at which you filled it.
