INGREDIENTS:
● 700 grams of chicken breast
● 1 hour. Mustard finished l
● 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise
● 1 tbsp. l soy sauce
● ground black pepper
● 1 tbsp. l grated on a fine grated ginger
● 2-3 cloves of garlic grated
PREPARATION:
Approximately 700 grams of chicken breast cut into small pieces and soak in the marinade for several hours.
Meat strung on skewers soaked in water. Baking drizzle with oil and lay out the meat, turning occasionally. Cooking time about 40 minutes.
