Potatoes with cheese.


Ingredients:
1 kg of potatoes (average size)
100 g of crude (solid)
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
50 g butter
Preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes, wash. Cut potato fans (some not
dorezaya at one end) .Smazat pan with vegetable oil, put on his potatoes.
2. Season with salt and pepper, put the top on each piece masla.Zapekat in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 30 minutes.
3. Cheese grate, mix with breadcrumbs. Remove the potatoes from the oven, sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 15 minutes.
