Honey-lemon breasts




Ingredients:

Chicken Breast - 4 pcs.

Liquid honey - 2 tbsp. L.
Lemon - 2 pcs.
Olive oil - 2 tbsp. L.
Salt, ground black pepper - to taste

Preparation:

1. Mix honey, olive oil, salt, pepper, juice of one and grated zest of two lemons.
2. Put the chicken fillet in a roasting dish, top pour out the lemon-honey mixture and distribute it evenly over the chicken.
3. We put the form in a preheated oven to 180 ° C and bake, periodically pouring the top of the marinade, about 30-35 minutes, until the fillet becomes golden brown, and the sauce will not evaporate almost completely.
4. We take out the ready-made breasts from the oven and cool it.
5. We cut and serve with lemon wedges.
