Wet chocolate cake


Ingredients:

Flour - 1,5 stack.
Cocoa - 3 tbsp. L.
Butter - 100 g
Sugar - 0,5 stack.
Water - 1 stack.
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. L.
Instant coffee - 0.5 tsp.
Soda - 1 tsp.
Salt - to taste
Vanilla - to taste

For cream-glaze:

Milk - 2 tbsp. L.
Cocoa - 1 tbsp. L.
Sugar - 2 tbsp. L.
Butter - 20 g
Water - 2 tbsp. L.
Starch - on the tip of the knife

Preparation:

1. To prepare the cake we need two bowls. In one we will mix the loose ingredients, in the other - wet.
2. Loose: mix flour, cocoa, soda and salt.
3. Wet: sugar, melted butter, water, lemon juice and coffee. Stirring.
4. Now gently pour the wet ingredients into the dry, kneading dough. The more you whip the dough, the better. The dough turns liquid. We pour it into a mold and send it to bake for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180ºC.
5. In the meantime, prepare the cream-glaze. To do this, we mix all ingredients except starch. It must be separately diluted with water. When the chocolate mixture boils, we fix the fire and slowly introduce starch. Turn off the fire.
6. When the cake is baked, it is necessary to have patience and let it cool completely. Lubricate it with chocolate cream, decorate with berries and serve for tea.
