Apple-curd souffle in 5 minutes

Apple-curd souffle in 5 minutes



Ingredients:
Cottage cheese skimmed (soft) 200 g
Egg 1 pc.
Apple 0.5 pcs.
Raisins 50g
Cinnamon

Preparation:
Apple grate, mix with cottage cheese and egg. Put in a microwave for 5-10 minutes. (Depending on the power) At the end sprinkle with cinnamon.
