Unconventional chocolate cake - incredibly tasty, with amazing structure and original way of cooking
Ingredients:
For the cake:
3 eggs
200 g of flour
1 hour baking powder
1 orange (I had 2 small ones)
50 g of chocolate (bitter)
50 g of cocoa
150 g of butter
150 g of sugar
400 ml of milk
For glaze:
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons of cocoa
2 tablespoons of sour cream
50 g of butter
Preparation:
Smooth butter (room temperature) in a lush and white mass with sugar, melt the chocolate in a microwave, grate the orange from the orange, add liquid chocolate and zest to the oil mixture and whisk again.
In a separate bowl, mix the cocoa, flour, baking powder;
In the oil mixture, pour in the milk and eggs and whisk again,
Sift into the mixture dry ingredients and whisk all together, until smooth and smooth dough. It should be without lumps.
