Wings in batter
Ingredients:
Chicken wings - 6 pcs.
Flour - 50 g
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Salt, pepper - to taste
Cooking method:
From flour, eggs, salt and pepper, knead the batter. It is similar in consistence to a batter.
Wings are cut in half. Solim and pepper.
We lower the winglet in the dessert and dip it in it from two sides.
Put in a frying pan with preheated oil.
Fry the wings on both sides in a lot of oil over low heat in order to fry the winglet.
