Chickens In garlic oil


A festive dish can be not only a turkey, but a chicken, or more precisely - a chicken in garlic oil. Try to cook it and notice how the house will be transformed and a real festive mood will appear in it!

You will need:

Sweet-cream butter 82% - 70 g
Chicken-gherkins - 2 pcs.
Garlic - 5 g
Salt - 3 g
Black pepper powder - 2 g
Lemon - 50 g
Soy sauce - 20 ml
Honey - 10 g
Salad of corn - 30 g

Cooking method:

1. Put the garlic through the press, and cut the greens finely. Rub lemon peel on a fine grater. Now mix the butter of room temperature with garlic, herbs, lemon juice and zest. The filling is ready!

2. On the chickens at that time, cut the skin, put butter in the notches and spread it under the skin all over the carcass. Now chicken the chicken with salt, pepper and cover with a mixture of honey and soy sauce.

3. Prepare carcases bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees, for 40-60 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken. Remember that the chickens are not burned, you can close them with foil.
