Ingredients:
- Dough - 450 g (can be bought or prepared by yourself)
- Sausages - 8 pieces.
- Milk - 50 ml
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Vegetable oil - 20 ml
- Dill - for decoration
- Milk - 200 ml
- Sugar - 2 tbsp. L.
- Dry yeast - 1 tbsp. L.
- Butter - 20 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 300 g
Preparation:
Milk warm to room temperature. Mix milk, yeast and sugar and put in a warm place for 15 minutes. Then add flour, butter (can be replaced with vegetable oil) and salt. And knead the dough.
The resulting dough is divided into 8 parts. And this is in case you want to make a dough yourself.
Roll the dough to the size of the sausage. "Roll up" the sausage in the dough. Cut through 10-12 pieces without cutting through. Each piece of dough with sausage we put in different directions, and simultaneously we turn that the cut piece of sausage looked upwards. Lubricate the baking sheet with vegetable oil and lay buns. Mix eggs with milk and grease buns. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 200 ° C. After 20 minutes, the buns are ready. Garnish with finely chopped dill.
