"Chocolate-coffee biscuits"



Ingredients:
- Flour - 2 cups (volume approximately 220 ml)
- Softened butter - 200 g
- Sugar - 1,5 cups
- Cocoa - ½ cup
- Instant coffee - 2 tbsp.
- Salt - ¼ tsp

Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
2. Bake the pan with oil and cover with baking paper
3. Mix the softened butter with sugar. Add the sifted flour, cocoa, coffee and salt.
4. Knead the dough. Distribute the dough between two sheets of baking paper and roll it out (not very thinly).
5. Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
6. Take the dough, cut out the future biscuits from the dough (using molds or a glass).
7. Put on a baking sheet with baking paper and put on for 15-20 minutes until cooked.
