400gr of low-fat cottage cheese
500 g sour cream 10%
5 tbsp cocoa
35-40 g gelatin
Cookies Jubilee (most common) 8 pcs.
2/3 of sugar
Preparation:
Gelatin soak for 30 minutes in cold boiling water (1/2 cup).
Mix in the blender sugar, cottage cheese, sour cream.
Dilute gelatin in warm milk (about 5 tbsp may be slightly more, it should be a lukewarm :)) on gas, but do not bring to a boil. Add gelatin to the resulting curd mass.
The masses are divided into 3 parts. Add one cocoa to one (to make such black inclusions (cocoa to mix with a fork, not Pts well), mix the other part with the cookie crushed (but not to crumbs-larger), leave the third part white, lengthen the shape (in a deeper way) with food film. 2 tablespoons alternately, clean in a refrigerator for 6 hours.
