PROFITROLI - WELL-BUCKED OVEN



Ingredients:
Dough:
-Water-1 glass
-Cream butter or margarine -100 g
-Muka-1 glass
Eggs - 4-5 pieces.
Cream:
-Chocolate margarine - 1 pc.
- Cocoa - to taste
-Milk Condensed - 1 pot

Preparation:
1. Oil and water bring to a boil in a saucepan.
Gradually add flour, pouring a little and constantly mixing. Remove from heat. Cool slightly.
2. Drive in eggs, one at a time, each time carefully mixing the dough (it can be a mixer, you can use muscular strength).
3. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. On a greased baking sheet spread a teaspoon balls (or confectionery syringe strip - then there will be eclairs). Put the baking sheet in the oven, in no case do not bother the custard cakes, to give them the opportunity to climb! Bake until golden brown.
4. Cooled cakes filled with cream.
