Ingredients:
Buckwheat - 150 gr.
● Minced meat - 250-300 gr.
● Onion - 1 pc.
● Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
● Garlic - 2 cloves.
● Carrots - 1 piece (small).
● Vegetable oil - 2-3 tablespoons.
Preparation:
1. Wash buckwheat, dry it in a frying pan, oiled.
2. Fry finely chopped onion, minced meat and grated carrot until golden.
Add the tomato paste, mix thoroughly.
3. Add the buckwheat to the meat and vegetables, pour boiling water so that the buckwheat is slightly covered with water. Salt. Simmer over low heat under the lid. Add the finely chopped garlic to the ready-to-cook buckwheat and mix it. You can add black ground pepper and bay leaf.
