From any meat, eggs and milk, you can prepare an excellent hot snack, which can become the second course for lunch or the main meal for dinner. This is briol.
To prepare this dish you will need: eggs of chicken, any meat fillet (I have chicken breast), milk, sunflower oil, salt and pepper.
Onions are cleaned and mine. We pass through the meat grinder fillets of any meat and onions. Solim and pepper to taste and mix.
We prepare three omelets from three eggs. We beat one egg, one tablespoon of milk and a little salt.
Pour the sunflower oil on a hot frying pan and pour out the beaten egg with milk. Fry the omelette from both sides.
We get three omelets from three eggs.
Each omelette is lubricated with a thin layer of minced meat.
Then turn off the roll and put it in the baking dish. We put in the oven, heated to 180 degrees C and oven for 20 minutes.
We serve for a snack in a warm form.
