Chicken fillet with cheese and tomatoes






Ingredients:
- fillet of chicken, 600-700 g;
- tomatoes, 3-4 pieces;
- Any hard cheese;
- Seasonings to taste.

Preparation:
1. Before you start witchcraft over a chicken, you must turn on the oven for 190 degrees.
2. Fillet cut into thin layers, about 1 cm thick. You can make long pieces, but I cut them in half. Spread on a baking sheet and sprinkled with salt and seasonings on both sides to taste. I took black pepper (I love peppercorns to grind myself - so fragrant), curry and ginger.
3. I did not lubricate the tray at all - I cooked "for dry";
4. Cut the tomatoes in circles. I took 700 grams of fillet 3 tomatoes, one of the cooked was superfluous.
5. We will make the same maneuvers with cheese. It can not be rubbed, but simply cut into thin slices.
6. Meanwhile, the oven should be warming up. We pour into it our baking tray with the future goodies and wait 25 minutes.
7. The availability of loin slices can be determined by the flavors of cheese. At a temperature of 190 degrees, the time of browning just coincides with the time of the fillets' readiness.
