"Chicken pilaf in pots"



Ingredients:
- 1 chicken thigh
- 1 carrot
- 1 head of onions
- 6 tablespoons. Rice
- salt to taste
- vegetable oil
- seasoning for chicken

Preparation:
1. Thigh washing, cut into pieces, grate with spices for chicken. In the pan, pour the vegetable oil, put the whole leg, put it on the fire to stew.
2. Grate the carrots on a large grater and add to the thighs. Onions finely chopped and poured into a frying pan.
Stew until done.
3. Take three pots, put them in stewed ham. In each pot add 2 tbsp. Spoons of rice.
4. Add water so that its level is 1.5 - 2 cm above the rice. Salt, cover the pots with lids and put in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
