Ingredients:
600 gr stuffing
A glass of boiled rice
The floor of a small boiled cabbage cabbage
1 onion head
2 eggs
Tablespoon of starch
Salt well and at your discretion spice (I did not add)
Sauce:
Tomato juice + sour cream
Preparation:
In the mince add rice, chopped cabbage, chopped onions, eggs, salt, starch and mix everything very well. Form the cutlets and fry in a skillet, then put into a roasting dish, pour the sauce (mix the juice with sour cream) and the oven for 30 minutes.
